TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND CLAUSES OF LIABILITY.
TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.A.S., you may cancel a tour plan with prior notice if it does not meet the minimum number of passengers for departure, or you may extend,
Postpone or change the tourist program if it is convenient for the passenger, likewise, the passenger may also request a refund.

3. In case of having a reservation for a specific land excursion and being unable to make the trip
a) Cancellation with at least 15 business days' notice prior to departure will allow you to reschedule the tour without penalty (up to six (3) months from the cancellation date).
b) Cancellations made between 15 and 6 business days prior to the trip’s departure date will incur a penalty of 80% of the total value of the TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.A.S. plan. Exceptions are made only for cancellations due to just cause and/or a verified domestic emergency or a medical incapacity certified by the directly affected person’s health insurance provider (EPS) that covers the travel date.
c) Cancellations made 5 business days in advance will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the plan’s value. The only exceptions are cancellations for just cause and/or a verified domestic emergency, or a medical incapacity certificate from the directly affected person’s health insurance provider (EPS) covering the travel date. If no deposit has been made, an invoice for the penalty will be sent; this applies to domestic trips that do not involve airline tickets.
4. In case you have a reservation for a specific flight and are unable to make the trip:
a) On land, the same conditions apply as in item #3.
b) For the air portion, you will have to assume the penalty that applies to the airline.

5. For international departures, we adhere to the terms and conditions of the tour operators. Airline tickets are non-refundable.
6. In the event of a NO SHOW, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
7. Passengers must cancel the entire plan 8 days prior to departure. After this time, reservations made previously will not be honored. Even if a deposit has been made, it will be held as a credit for a future plan. Conditions apply, and it is recommended to review the payment deadlines in the "Reservation Confirmation" document.
TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS, We are not responsible for payments not made to authorized bank accounts or at our facilities.
9. TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS., reserves the right to make changes to any service offered within this program when it deems it necessary, for the sole purpose of guaranteeing the success of the operation.
10. Some air programs are operated in conjunction with other tourism marketers, and we adhere to their terms and conditions. (Please consult policies).
11. The departure and arrival sites are established by the operating agency. If the passenger chooses to start or end the tour plan in other locations, they are responsible for any damages or losses incurred.
12. When delays occur due to unforeseen events on roads or at airports

13. No refunds will be given once the person starts the program. Conditions and restrictions apply.
14. The vehicles hired for the provision of the service are classified as special tourism services. Depending on the number of passengers, onboard restroom service is not guaranteed.
15. The assignment of seats on our one-time departures is strictly in accordance with the order of registration, passenger medical needs, and age.
16. The luggage and any items the user is carrying are under their
Responsibility. Once luggage has been checked in for storage, it will not be returned until the destination. Do not forget a carry-on bag for your personal belongings and valuables.
17. The consumption of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, liquor, hallucinogenic, or psychoactive substances is not permitted inside the vehicle and hotel rooms. Misconduct or behavior that interferes with the normal progression of the program may result in your removal from the program. Proven alcoholism and drug addiction will lead to immediate removal from the program.
18. Speakers are prohibited on board the vehicle and in the rooms; we recommend using headphones.
19. By disposition of the Ministry of Transportation, carrying children is prohibited. Therefore, children aged 3 to 4 must pay for transportation service, medical assistance card, and accident insurance. They will share accommodations with their parents and must pay for their own meals directly at the hotel, as well as admission fees to points of interest where required. **Conditions and restrictions apply.
20. Accommodation in the hotels is in multiple rooms. Accommodation in
Double and single rooms have an additional charge and are subject to availability

21. If material damages are caused by the user at lodging and vehicle rental sites, these damages will be the responsibility of the person who caused them. Please review the inventory when you check out of the room.
22. Minibar consumption if the hotel assigns it and any other extra expenses that the

23. Pets are not allowed on TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS under any circumstances.
24. The travel agency may change the contracted hotels and other services to others of equal or superior category in order to provide the best accommodations for the passenger.
25. When registering, guests must present their photo identification, issued by an official authority, as a precautionary measure for their own safety. Minors must present their identification without exception.
26. The warranty for services is covered from the moment the trip begins until it ends. Therefore, the user must communicate any inconvenience encountered during the use of the services in order to seek immediate solutions and make adjustments with the providers.
27. Don't forget to always carry your EPS card. In case of an accident, it should cover you initially. For further coverage, TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS. contracts a medical assistance card for you, for which the user pays
expenses, and with the presentation of original invoices, the insurance company will reimburse you for the incurred costs. (Does not apply to personal use items) up to a limited cap.
28. The medical assistance card only covers accidents during the trip, and the medical assistance card is not responsible for damages or expenses incurred by the cardholder's companion. It also does not apply when the purpose of the trip is to obtain medical or dental assistance, or when dealing with congenital or pre-existing illnesses or conditions prior to the start of the adhesion contract, whether known or unknown by the cardholder. Additionally, it exempts the operator if the client is under the influence of hallucinogenic or alcoholic substances.
In the event that a passenger contracts COVID-19, or another
virus with similar characteristics, the corresponding provisions will be applied
by the current National Government.
29. When applying for enrollment in any program marketed by TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.A.S, the client must provide us with complete information for booking as applicable (travel date, route, accommodation, correctly spelled names, dates of birth, contact cell phone number, nationality, among others) and verify that it is correct in the confirmation of services delivered or sent by email.
30. In the event that the personal data provided is erroneous, incomplete, or inaccurate, it will not be the responsibility of the travel agency, airline, or other provider to inform the passenger about operational changes that occur in the
itineraries and/or contracted services. Likewise, VIAJEMOS OPERADORA TURIBUS COLOMBIA will be exempt from all responsibility if inconveniences arise in the service due to the provision of data.
31. The purchaser of the plans offered by the travel agency TURIBUS COLOMBIA
S.A.S., the intermediary acknowledges and accepts, by the mere acquisition of the tourist plan, each and every one of the aforementioned conditions and/or clauses. TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS, rejects exploitation, pornography, sex tourism and other forms of sexual abuse of minors and contributes to compliance with Law 679 of 2001, TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.A.S.,is subject to the liability regime established by Law 300/96 and D.R. 1075/97
