1.  Weather conditions: The tour will take place as scheduled regardless of the weather conditions.
   Cancellations or refunds will not be issued for situations related to rain or other weather conditions.
2. Respect for culture and experience Participants must maintain a respectful attitude towards at all times:
   • The Silletera traditions.
   • The hosts on the farms.
   • Guides and silletero instructions.
   • Failure to comply with these rules may affect service continuity for the participant.
3. Entry requirements Turibus reserves the right of admission to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees. Entry and continued presence will not be permitted for individuals who are:
   • Under the influence of high levels of alcoholic beverages.
   • Under the influence of psychoactive substances.
4. Feeding The foods included in the tour will be subject to the daily menu offered by the restaurant or farm visited.
   Turibus does not guarantee specific or personalized menus, except by prior agreement.
5. Wardrobe recommendations: The destinations visited have an average temperature between 15°C and 20°C.
   Participants are recommended to:
   • Wear comfortable and warm clothing
   • Wear additional garments according to personal preference.
6. Land conditions:Some spaces within farms or rural areas may have irregular surfaces and damp or unstable terrain; the use of the following is recommended:
   • Comfortable footwear
   • Non-slip or good grip shoes
7. Tour duration: The tour duration is approximate and may vary depending on external conditions such as:
   • Traffic
   • Road closures
   • Detours or unforeseen situations on public roads

Turibús is not responsible for delays resulting from these factors.
