\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS,<\/strong> In compliance with the provisions of Article 15 of the National Constitution, Law 1581 of 2012, Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, and Regulatory Decree 886 of 2014, the following policy for the Processing and Protection of Personal Data is implemented.

<\/p>

TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS<\/b>, will implement all actions for compliance with the protection and processing of personal data for which it is responsible, especially to protect the rights to privacy, intimacy, and good name, and the rights to know, update, and rectify the data of the data subjects collected in its own databases. Therefore, this policy applies both to protect the personal data it currently processes TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS<\/b>, as well as data that may be processed in the future.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS<\/b>, identified with NIT number 811028821-4, domiciled at\u00a0Medell\u00edn<\/b> at the address Calle 9 N\u00b0 43A- 31, telephones (604) 5011788 with email mercadeo@turibuscolombia.com, acts as the DATA CONTROLLER for the processing of personal data by virtue of the collection it carries out directly from the data of its clients, employees, suppliers, and other natural person third parties.\u00a0TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS<\/b>, As the controller of personal data, you may enter into alliances or agreements for professional service offerings, and engage other entities or individuals for the processing of personal data for which you are responsible. For this, you will obtain the prior, informed, and express consent of the data subjects, thereby guaranteeing the rights to data protection.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and its Regulatory Decrees, within the terms and scope of the authorization granted by the data subject. TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS<\/b>, as the DATA CONTROLLER, obtains and will obtain from the data subjects their clear, prior, express, informed, and uncoerced authorization; furthermore, it will inform the data subjects in advance of the purpose for the processing of personal data, except in cases expressly authorized by law.

TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS<\/b>, you will obtain authorization through different means, including physical documents, electronic documents, data messages, the internet, websites, or any other format that in any case allows the consent of the data subject or through unequivocal conduct from which it can be concluded that if the same had not been processed by the data subject or the person legitimized to do so, the data would not have been TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS<\/b>, will also be ENTRUSTED with the processing of personal data. In that case, this policy will also apply, and the obligations established by law and regulations will be observed. 3. Marketing efforts and sending of information that may be of interest regarding all products and services offered by our company, through all technological means at our disposal.

4. Granting incentives and rewards that drive product sales and usage, such as discounts, gifts, etc.

Promote and communicate information related to loyalty and benefits programs and campaigns, value-added service offers, for both products and
own and third-party services.

6. Obtain authorization to consult credit bureaus regarding account holders' credit history for commercial and credit service purposes.

7. Consult and analyze consumption habits, purchase transactions, and hobbies for the offering of own and third-party services, or of future allies.

8. Contacting data subjects for market research purposes.

9. To share your personal information with affiliated companies, branches, franchises, subsidiaries, and sub-subsidiaries with prior authorization.

10. To carry out debt collection and recovery.

b) With respect to its suppliers.

5. Consult financial information centers to review credit behavior in order to determine risks and economic vulnerability in the workplace, with prior authorization.

6. To conduct technical tests, security studies, psychophysiological tests with a polygraph or voice stress analysis.

7. To share your personal information, to the extent necessary for operations with branches, franchises, affiliates, or subsidiaries, with prior authorization.

8. Provide work references.

d) With respect to its partners and shareholders

In accordance with current applicable data protection regulations, the following are the rights of personal data subjects:

TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS,<\/strong> has designated the accounting assistant as the Data Protection Officer, and they will be responsible for handling inquiries, complaints, and claims related to the processing of personal data.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Procedures for Exercising Personal Data Subject Rights<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The procedures described below may only be exercised by the holder, their heirs, or representatives, provided that their identity or representation is proven beforehand.

<\/p>

In case personal data must be consulted, claimed (correction, update, or deletion), or when a presumed breach of any of the duties contained in Law 1581 of 2012 is noticed, data subjects may submit a claim to the Data Controller or the Data Processor, and specifically to the department responsible for handling petitions, consultations, and claims related to the processing of personal data.

<\/p>

Data subjects or their representatives may also revoke their consent at any time TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS,<\/b> for the processing of your data as long as there is no legal or contractual provision preventing it. For the foregoing, it should be taken into account that the revocation of consent may be expressed in full with respect to the authorized purposes, and therefore TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS<\/b>, you must cease any data processing activities, and partially in relation to certain types of processing, in which case it will be these that cease processing activities. In the latter case, TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS<\/b>, you may continue processing personal data for those purposes for which the data subject has not withdrawn their consent.

Procedure for Handling Inquiries.

within said term, the interested party will be informed, stating the reasons for the delay and indicating the date on which their query will be addressed, which in no case may exceed five (5) business days following the expiration of the first term.

\u2022 The response to the query will be provided electronically to the interested data subject at the email address indicated in the request, and will include all personal information held about the data subject in the databases of TURIBUS COLOMBIA S.AS<\/b>, which is linked to the identification of the Holder.

<\/p>

\u2022 Test(s) of the authorization(s) will also be delivered with the response to the inquiry.

2. This will contain the identification of the holder, their name, phone number, email address, and a description of the facts giving rise to the claim, and may be accompanied by any documents they wish to submit.

3. If the claim is incomplete, the interested party will be notified via email within five (5) days of receiving the claim to correct any deficiencies.

<\/p>

4. Two (2) months after the date of the request, without the

1. The revocation shall be made by means of a written request addressed to the area responsible for handling petitions, inquiries, and complaints related to the processing of personal data, and shall be sent to the email address mercadeo@turibuscolombia.com or collected by completing the form provided for this purpose on the website turibuscolombia.com.

2. This will include the identification of the holder, name, phone number, email address, and it must be indicated whether it is total or partial or for what purpose(s)

3. If the request for revocation is incomplete, the interested party will be notified by email to the address provided within five (5) days of receiving the request, so that they may correct the deficiencies.
